Return Policy

Not satisfied with your purchase?
You can return purchased items within 90 days of delivery in their original condition (please provide the tracking number). After receiving the item, the purchase amount will be refunded. All returns must be registered with our customer service team.

Right of Withdrawal

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours. After this period, we reserve the right to refuse the cancellation if the order is already being processed. In this case, we kindly ask you to wait for the order to arrive, and we thank you for your understanding.

I received a defective item:

If you have received a defective item, please contact our support team immediately and provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Which item is damaged
  • A description of the problem
  • Photographic evidence

If the package was damaged during delivery, take a photo and send it directly to our customer service team. All claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Without proof of damage approved by our team, we cannot process refunds, credits, or replacements.

I received the wrong item:

In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately and provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you did not receive
  • The name of the item you received
  • A photo of the received item

Replacements:

Unfortunately, we do not offer replacements. If you would like to exchange a product, we recommend returning the item to us and then ordering the correct item.

For defective products:

If the product is defective, damaged during transport, or has other issues, the return is free of charge.

If I want to return the item:

If the customer purchased the wrong product, the product does not fit, or the customer no longer wants it, the actual return costs and return label will be at their expense. These costs are approximately €25.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as personalized products (e.g., special orders or customized items) and personal care products (e.g., beauty items). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

How long does the refund take after the return?

The refund will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item.
